Enrollment
If you wish to enroll at San Pedro Valley High School, please click on and download the enrollment packet, student handbook, and handbook test.  You will need to fill out the enrollment packet, read the student handbook and sign the last page, and take the handbook test. 

Items needed to enroll at San Pedro Valley High School:
*  completed enrollment packet,
*  the last page of the handbook signed,
*  the handbook test completed with 100% accuracy,
*  immunization records,
*  birth certificate,
*  transcript from your prior school,
*  withdrawal form from your prior school

You will be contacted with a time for an intake interview at SPVHS after documents have been verified and processed.
